Digital Technology- Additonal way of Crisis

In the last article we have seen that there are two types of crises.
1. Natural &
2. Man made
In man made crises Strikes, stoppage of work,Tampering of office files, Product tampering, leaving of jobs by employees etc. were included.
Now, with developments in the technology concept of Paperless office has become routine part of Corporate world.
But Man is the most notorious animal in the world. When he developed technology, the new face of crime known as Cyber Crime has been emerged.
'Hackers' are those intelligent brains who use their talent in negative/ destructive way. Stealing of important data, confidential records, corruption of files can be done very easily without coming in the frame directly.
Whole system can be damaged with help of just one virus from remote place. It was heard that there was a threat to main server of Union Bank of India, when officials got the message about it; the system was made digitally secured & kept under strict vigilance.
Even installation of one anti virus software is not sufficient now a days. Because notorious people keep on doing new inventions in the technology & the anti virus software which has been installed may not able to protect your PC/ whole system.
Even viruses can be send through mails. As you open the mail, it gets activated within your PC. Mobile handsets could be damaged with activation of GPRS system within the handset. It has also been revealed that anybody can play mischief with your cell number if Blue tooth menu is ON in your handset.
So, we have to install anti virus software/s in our PCs & handsets. But is there any software/ chip exists ever or could be developed which can be installed inside the human brain so that nobody can create nuisance & be hazardous with humanity to make any innocent victim of Cyber Crime ?
